We serve the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland, including Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Mission, Delta, White Rock and Maple Ridge. If your project sits just outside that list, call us at (604) 704-0671 — we will tell you straight away whether we can take it on.
Do you work on commercial or residential projects?
Both. Our steel stud framing, drywall, insulation and ceiling work covers residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects — from multi-family buildings to office and retail build-outs.
What drywall finish levels do you provide?
We finish from Level 0 through Level 5. Most commercial work lands at Level 4, while Level 5 is specified where critical lighting or high-gloss paint will show every imperfection. Tell us the spec and we will finish to it.
Are you insured and WorkSafeBC covered?
Yes. We carry liability insurance and maintain WorkSafeBC coverage in good standing. Documentation can be provided to general contractors on request before we mobilise.
Can you supply materials as well as install?
Yes. We can supply and install, or install owner-supplied material — whichever suits your procurement. We will quote both ways if it helps you compare.

How soon can you start?
Availability depends on crew scheduling and the size of the scope. Get in touch early with your target dates and we will tell you honestly what we can commit to rather than promising a date we cannot hold.
Do you handle deficiency and patch work?
Yes. We take on patching, repairs and deficiency lists, including work started by another trade. Send photos with your enquiry and we can usually scope it quickly.
